Rules

§ 1 Validity

  1. This policy applies to the entire Phantasia Times Minecraft network and all related components.
  2. By playing on Phantasia Times, the player accepts these rules and must follow them.
  3. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to pronounce appropriate penalties.
  4. Changes to the regulations can be made at any time. These are binding without notice.
  5. Ignorance does not protect against punishment.

§ 2 Penalties

  1. Penalties are basically pronounced only with reasonable severity and reason.
  2. If you think your penalty is unfair, you have the right to file an application for mitigation or suspension of the penalty. To do this, you write under reasoning to: info@phantasiatimes.de
  3. Possible penalties are:
    - (temporal) exclusion of Phantasia Times (ban)
    - exclusion from the chat (Mute)
  4. The table below indicates how high the penalty will be if the score is correct.

$ 3 Warning points

  1. For each offense, the team will award warrants.
  2. Warning points are saved and added to further offenses.
  3. If a player has less than 25 points, they will be reset after one year, otherwise they will remain.
  4. Behind every offense in this set of rules is a minimum number of points. However, this can be adapted in individual cases.
  5. Penalties can be performed by one of the above options.

$ 4 Behaviors

  1. Forbidden in the chat as well as on signs or similar:
    - Spam (1 point)
    - Caps (1 point)
    - insults (2 points)
    - disrespectful and provocative statements (2 points)
    - dissemination of confidential data (address, telephone number, etc) (10 points)
    - sexist utterances (7 points)
    - threat (7 points)
    - harassment of other players (10 points)
    - advertising (other Minecraft servers, YouTube links, own accounts, brands / companies, etc) (15 points)
    - radicalism / racism (20 points)
  2. Furthermore, it is forbidden:
    - to have garbage plots in the Userpark (nonsensical piles of earth, TNT experiments, etc) (2 points)
    - trolling (2 points)
    - offensive Minecraft names, Minecraft skins and Capes (Naked skins, etc) (2 points)
    - Freerunning (4 points)
    - exploiting ranks (5 points)
    - Bug using. These must be reported immediately! (5 points)
    - offensive buildings (10 points)
    - VPN (10 points)
    - prelude false facts (10 points)
    - fraud (15 points)
    - recruit other people for their own projects or similar (15 points)
    - Bots (25 points)
    - phishing (25 points)
    - Second-account. If you e.g. bypass a penalty, there is a permanent ban on all accounts. (25 points for each account)

$ 5 Modifications

  1. Modifications that benefit the player are generally prohibited.
  2. We do not provide support for the installation or use of modifications.
  3. Below is a list of permitted and forbidden modifications that should be followed.
    Allowed:
      Resource Packs (except X-Ray)
     Optifine
     Shader
     Minimaps
     LabyMod
      Dynamic Lights, etc (beauties)
     MorePlayerModels
    Forbidden # 1: (10 points)
     Replay Mod
     Fly
     Forcefield
      Rain and Godmode / Fast Heal
     Glide / Slide
     No Hunger
     WorldDownloader
    Forbidden # 2: (25 points)
      any hacks / cheats such as Nodus, Kronos, Huzuni etc.
     Schematica
     Teleportation
     X-Ray (no matter if modification or resourcepack)
     Freecam

$ 6 Userpark

  1. Lands have no size limit and are assigned by the team. If the user wants to have a certain place, this wish is to be communicated when creating the property!
  2. Replicas of all amusement parks are not allowed and will be removed without prior notice.

$ 7 Teamspeak / Discord

  1. These rules are complementary to Teamspeak 3 and Discord.
  2. Using nametags / prefixes before the name is prohibited. (2 points)
  3. Annoyances, such as noise, soundboards, voice distorters, screamer, channel hopping, echoes, spam or inappropriate volume are prohibited. (3 points)
  4. The playing of music, sounds or the like is only allowed in own channels with the permission of a channel admirer.
  5. Audio recordings without the consent of all parties are prohibited. (5 points)
  6. Bypassing punishments by changing identity is forbidden. (25 points)

$ 8 Other

  1. The instructions of the team must always be followed. (1 point)
  2. Re-building our server or its parts is prohibited! (25 points for all participants)
  3. You are responsible for your account. If used by another person, there is no penalty mitigation!
  4. The attractions and shows in the park are available to users as part of their function. It is not allowed to enter the attractions outside the designated paths.
  5. Shutters by ropes, fences, trees are to be observed. Likewise closed areas are not to be entered. (2 points)
  6. Helping people with prohibited actions, even if they do not justify the player, leads to punishment. (5 points)

  8. We reserve the right to exclude players from our community without justification if we believe that they are harming the community. Thus, any discussion in the event of a block is obsolete.
